What to contact us about
- A code stopped working. If a promo code we list isn’t being accepted at signup, let us know. We’ll re-verify and update the page.
- You spotted an error. If a fee is outdated, a state availability is wrong, a feature has changed — please tell us. We want to be accurate.
- You have a topic suggestion. Genuinely good questions become future articles. If you’ve Googled something and not found a good answer, that’s a signal we should write about it.
- You’re a platform looking to be covered. We may cover new platforms if they meet a quality bar. Reach out and we’ll take a look.
- Partnership or affiliate inquiries. We work with most major prediction market platforms. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss.

We don’t currently offer phone support, live chat, or in-person meetings. Email is the most reliable way to reach us.
What we can’t help with
We’re an editorial site, not a platform. We can’t:
- Reset your account on Polymarket/Kalshi/etc. Contact the platform directly for account issues.
- Process bonuses on your behalf. If your sign-up bonus didn’t credit, contact the platform’s support, not us.
- Recommend specific trades. We can explain how platforms work, but we don’t give individual trading advice.
- Provide tax or legal advice. Both prediction market regulations and tax treatment are jurisdiction-specific. Consult a professional.
Response times
Typical response time is 1-3 business days. Code-related issues (a code reportedly not working) typically get same-day attention because we want to verify and update quickly. Editorial suggestions and general questions are handled in the order received.
For platforms we cover
If you represent a prediction market platform and notice something on the site that’s wrong or outdated, please reach out. We can usually update within 24-48 hours of receiving accurate information. We won’t take down legitimate criticism, but we will correct factual errors.
